Shipping policy

All items will ship via USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to start working.

We ship all orders out as quickly as possible. Please note, all products are made to order. Current turnaround time (TAT) is 3-14 business days, dependent on the nature of the product.

Sugarlyn Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Once we hand your package off to the post office it is out of our control as to how fast it gets to you (even when priority mail is chosen) and the post office is now responsible for it. If you have questions as to the location of your package or why it hasn't arrived yet you will need to contact your local post office.

Customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you.
